Is your site secure?

Absolutely. We take security very seriously. Payments are processed safely and securely via a leading processor and use TLS connection 1.2 or higher as well as PCI-DSS (the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).Your credit card info and order details are secure and encrypted.

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and payments via Paypal.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Each order takes about 2-7 days to print and process.
After that, shipping to the USA takes 3-5 days.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. But stay tuned as we do plan on expanding our delivery service all over the world. If you’d like to be notified of updates, please join our mailing list.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We strive to make every customer happy. Your satisfaction is very important to us and we take pride in delivering only quality products.

New/unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. You will be responsible for shipping costs.

For defective items, we will exchange free of charge. Full refund or exchange is not guaranteed and must be inspected for review. Contact us if you have a return/exchange or if you have any questions.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We know that items can get damaged while in transit. If this happens, please contact us within 7 days if you received any damaged items so we can get that fixed for you.
